Heidi Gebhard, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Heidi Gebhard is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental and behavioral needs. She has provided services across home, school, community, and vocational settings.
Heidi earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and has extensive experience with assessments, individualized treatment planning, parent and caregiver training, and supervision of therapists. Her background also includes work in workshop settings and as a job coach, supporting individuals in building independence, vocational skills, and meaningful participation in daily life.
With decades of hands-on experience, Heidi takes a practical, compassionate approach to care and values collaboration with families and caregivers. She is committed to ethical practice and creating treatment plans that are individualized, realistic, and focused on meaningful, lasting progress.

Jessica Kay is the Owner and Clinical Director of Little Steps by Liam ABA, bringing over 10 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing services to children and adolescents with autism across home, school, and community settings.
She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University and has developed expertise in comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment design, parent and caregiver training, and clinical supervision. Her experience spans early intervention programs, homes, schools, and community environments, and she is a published researcher in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Jessica approaches her work with a strong commitment to clinical integrity, precision in treatment planning, and meaningful, measurable outcomes. As both a clinician and a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, she integrates professional expertise with real-world understanding to deliver thoughtful, individualized care for each family she serves.
